rice flour 2 / 5
whole wheat flour 2 / 5 white flour type "1"
2 tablespoons of water just enough malt

two tablespoons dried dough (found in natural shops)
a pinch of salt
a bar of dark chocolate
Mix thoroughly and let stand for at least two hours, finally add the chocolate cut into small pieces, put into the mold and let it rise a bit 'and then bake at 200 degrees. If you make a cut lengthwise in the center of the dough, the yeast will form a beautiful :-)

Excellent with fig jam on them ... or hazelnut ...

hazelnut cream:
hazelnut paste
rice malt
A little '
a teaspoon of tahini, molasses

Mix everything well in order.

Add the tahini and molasses to make the most nutritious without altering the taste too: with tahini takes a little 'taste of hazelnut and molasses does not feel either.

The recipe I remember in detail, because I improvised as usual and going to the eye, I must admit I was worried ... but it was excellent!
was a simple sponge cake made with half:
half white whole wheat flour and sunflower oil

an apple coarse puree
a dose of yeast for sweet vanilla
ten drops of essential oil of orange sugar
mascobado dark

Three tablets of dark chocolate for the icing and decorations commenstibili dissolved in a water bath to the surface: lollipops, chocolates, biscuits , sesamin ....

course are two levels that is, two cakes, one smaller and one larger sub.

E 'to please everyone, young and old, they told me it looks like a Fiesta, because of the orange and chocolate :-)
